This is a great opportunity for an up and coming Program Manager. Reporting to the Executive Director for Enterprise IT - Intelligence Community, the position responsibilities include (1) Program Management for an Intelligence Community IT program in northern Virginia and (2) New Business Development of Enterprise IT work in the northern Virginia Intelligence Community.Work location is the CACI Legato office in Fairfax, VA.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Past experience supporting the northern Virginia Intelligence Community (CIA, NRO, NGA, DIA).Ten years of relevant work experience.Bachelors degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or technical field and seven to nine years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.Desire to obtain PMP certification within 12 months.Experience making staffing/hiring decisions including interviewsExperience selecting and training staff to provide quality results for the organization as needed.Typically requires bachelors degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.DESIRED EXPERIENCE:Experience in acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs.Experience supporting new business development, including proposal participation.SECURITY CLEARANCE:Must have current TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
