Job Description: EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) Construction Management and Inspection Department is seeking an experienced engineer with VDOT experience to join our team as a Senior Construction Manager. The typical duties for the selected candidate would include: Marketing of EBA services, recruiting, training, supervising and directing inspection staff, coordinating with and satisfying client needs, daily management of active construction projects, and CQC Management of large construction projects. The preferred candidate should have the following skills and education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field), be a Virginia Registered Professional Engineer or a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and a min of 15 years of progressive experience in the inspection field with Proven VDOT Experience.. The candidate must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, speak fluent English and have strong computer skills including, word, excel, databases and information sharing technologies.
